Young students of Spring Dale Senior School promote recycling and creativity at Annual Art Exhibition – Times of India
Collaborating with their teachers from the Creative Arts department, the students transformed the school into an art gallery, showcasing exhibits crafted entirely from recycled materials sourced from the school stores. The event featured a range of artistic skills, including cartooning, calligraphy, collage making, and pottery.
Chairman of Spring Dale Senior School, Sahiljit Singh Sandhu, expressed his pride in the students’ accomplishments, stating that the school firmly believes in practicing what it preaches.
The innovative approach adopted by the students in repurposing waste materials not only helps declutter the city and surroundings but also prevents additional garbage accumulation and pollution., said Sahijjit.
He emphasized the importance of widespread adoption of such practices to address waste management challenges effectively and also highlighted the school’s commitment to providing platforms
