WWE stars Emma and Riddick Moss get engaged: ‘I said yes a million times’
WWE superstars Emma and Riddick Moss have announced their engagement.
The wrestling couple, who revealed their relationship last summer before Australian star Emma returned to the company in October 2022, are set to tie the knot after Moss proposed to his partner.
They revealed the news on social media, with posts on Instagram and Twitter showing the romantic moment he got down on one knee to pop the question.
In a sweet post, Emma wrote: ‘I said yes a million times in my head before you even asked ????’
WWE offered their congratulations in an article on their official website, while plenty of superstars past and present have also responded with well wishes.
Fellow Aussie Jessica McKay – best known to fans as Billie Kay – commented on Instagram: ‘I LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH!! Cheers to finding your soulmate ????♥️’
‘Aawwww yay!!! Congratulations!!! So happy for you,’ wrote Brie Garcia (FKA Brie Bella), while her twin sister Nikki added: ‘Aww love!!! Congratulations!!!’
Former WWE Diva Summer Rae replied: ‘So happy for you both!! Let the festivities start!! ❤️’
AEW star Saraya (FKA Paige), Dakota Kai, Cathy Kelly and Blair Davenport were also among those to offer their congratulations, along with IMPACT Wrestling star Taylor Wilde.
She wrote: ‘Congratulations!!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you both!!!!!! ????????????’
Carmella, who recently revealed she is pregnant with her first child with Raw commentator Corey Graves, added: ‘Awwwww yay!!!!! So happy for you both!!!!!! ????????????????????’
On their website, WWE hailed Emma as the company’s first female Australian superstar, and noted how she began to ‘appear regularly in Moss’ corner in the fall’, while they actually teamed up together on SmackDown early in 2023.
