WWE superstars Damian Priest and Finn Balor teased issues in the ranks of The Judgment Day on Raw with new World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins watching on

Damian Priest took Seth Rollins to the limit in the main event of WWE Raw with the World Heavyweight Championship on the line.

The Archer of Infamy battled The Visionary in the latter’s first title defence since beating AJ Styles for the gold at Night of Champions just over a week ago.

Rollins started the show with the crowd singing his music before he noted how rare it is for a world title to be defended on Raw, which led to him making an open challenge on Twitter which was answered by Priest.

He interrupted with Finn Balor by his side, and the look Balor’s face when Priest insisted he didn’t need him to win later on was perfect, as were the teases for a future bout between him and Rollins.

The match itself was absolutely fantastic with the champ and challenger given plenty of time to shine at the end of the night.

Both men went all out with Priest even hitting a top rope hurricanrana, while he was left upset after Balor came out to try and get involved.

The interference attempt was halted by Rollins, and Priest’s hesitation left the window open for the champ to hit a Stomp to retain the gold.

Hopefully WWE doesn’t actually split up Judgment Day yet, because all four members have a lot to offer together even with Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley’s partnership getting all the plaudits lately.

GUNTHER and Kevin Owens steal the show, Katana Chance and Kayden Carter debut and much more

The first match of the night saw Becky Lynch beat Sonya Deville in an entertaining Money In The Bank qualifier with Chelsea Green thrown into the barricade repeatedly after her interference became too much.

Trish Stratus and Zoey Stark also made an appearance, but The Man was still able to get the win to secure her spot at the London event.

After a hilarious backstage row between Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Imperium, KO went straight to the ring to face off against Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER.

The two heavyweight put on an absolutely belting and highly physical match which a Stunner to Ludwig Kaiser leaving Owens open to a roll-up to bring the action to an end.

Another backstage confrontation led to a really strong effort with former NXT duo Kayden Carter and Katana Chance looking strong against new Women’s Tag Team Champions Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler.

The titleholders quite rightly got the win, but the new Raw stars proved to be no slouches as they fought hard even in defeat.

Ricochet and Shinsuke Nakamura delivered a great bout until Bronson Reed attacked both men to bring things to an end, laying out the One And Only with a Tsunami to really assert his dominance.

Cody Rhodes was the guest on this week’s Miz TV with both men having fun at each other’s expense as they traded insults before Dominik Mysterio came out with Rhea Ripley by his side.

The fans still love to boo Ex-Con Dom, and after some choice words on both sides he actually slapped the American Nightmare and made a speedy exit, while Cody brought the entertaining segment to an end by knocking The Miz out with his cast.

In the penultimate match, Zoey Stark joined Becky Lynch and Zelina Vega in qualifying for Money In The Bank at Natalya’s expense.

The two women, who fought as Trish Stratus joined at ringside, didn’t have too long to work with but Stark got the win with the Z360 with a helping hand from her mentor.

WWE Raw airs Monday nights at 1am on BT Sport 1.
