Wife of Matthew Stafford apologizes for throwing pretzel at 49ers fan during MNF
During Week 10’s “Monday Night Football” game between the Rams and 49ers, Kelley Stafford, the wife of Matthew Stafford, was accused of throwing a pretzel at a 49ers fan who was trash talking in the stands. The Rams were blown out by the 49ers, losing 31-10 at San Francisco.
A fan who sat near the 49ers fan took to Instagram to call out Kelly for her actions. The fan who commented on Instagram claimed to be a Rams fan and was embarrassed by Kelly’s actions. It’s unclear on what account or image the comments were posted on.

“…girl I knowwwww I’m an idiot. He was saying a bunch of things that were aggressive towards our crew but zero excuse. I tried to apologize, but in the end knew I was wrong. Will always stand up for my guy and everyone I love, but obviously needed to do it completely different! I’m embarrassed too! Sorry you had to witness me in my weak moment!”
