Why Chito Miranda is feeling so lucky to have Neri Naig as his wife

Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda considers himself very lucky to have won the heart of his dear wife, celebrity mompreneur Neri Naig, and he is not one to be modest about it.

“Yup…nagyayabang lang talaga ako sa post na ‘to. Asawa ko sya, at inlab na inlab sya sa akin. Jackpot talaga ko eh,” he said today in his Instagram page, Aug. 16.

(Yup, I am really bragging in this post. She is my wife and she is so in love with me. I really hit the jackpot.)

But Miranda said he did not just hope for luck to attain the jackpot.

“Pinaghirapan ko lahaaat ng dahilan kung bakit nya ako pinansin, kung bakit ko sya napasagot, kung bakit nya ako minahal ng todo todo, at kung bakit nya ako pinakasalan,” he said.

(I worked hard for all the reasons why she gave me attention, why I earned her “yes,” why she loves me so much, and why she married me.)

Miranda thinks that “luck favors those who work hard” and he realized that the harder he works, the luckier he becomes. He feels that everything he worked for made him more equipped to catch a girl as amazing and as beautiful as his wife.

He also respects his wife’s character of not being obsessed with looking good. Instead, she values learning more and always striving to reach new heights.

“[Tulad ngayon, after graduating, MBA naman,” he said. (Like now, after graduating, she is aiming for a master’s degree in business administration.) JB
