Who was revealed as Fawn finished third in The Masked Singer?
We have our third placed star on The Masked Singer and Fawn has been unmasked!
After weeks of keeping us all guessing, we finally know that Natalie Appleton of All Saints was behind the mask all along.
With guesses ranging from Sam Fox to Shania Twain, only Jonathan was slightly warm, suspecting fellow All Saints member Shaznay Lewis could’ve been behind the mask.
Fawn competed against Rhino and Phoenix, who went on to sing a second song.
Of course, there was the small matter of looking back on the clues and sussing out what we failed to pick up.
In one VT package, images of devils and horns were references to the group’s hit album, Saints and Sinners.
One clip also showed Fawn choosing marmalade over jam, a nod to All Saints’ song Lady Marmalade.
A third clue that TV presenter Jonathan latched on to was a reference to November 1, which is actually All Saints’ day!
Judge Davina admitted 49-year-old Natalie had all the panel ‘flummoxed’, while Jonathan said: ‘We don’t get to hear your voice like that that often where you’re singing those ballads.’
‘What an amazing act,’ he praised.
Following her reveal, Natalie said: ‘I loved fooling you guys, it was such a buzz,; adding how amusing it was to be mistaken for country icon Shania.
‘I had the best time, it’s been amazing. I do recommend.’
The Masked Singer is available to stream on ITVX.
