Do away goals count?
Away goals are not in use in the knockout stages of this season’s Europa League.
The rule was abolished in 2021/22 with UEFA stating that home advantage is no longer as significant as it once was.
Ties will head to extra-time in the event of a draw on aggregate after 90 minutes, with penalties then used if the two sides still cannot be separated even after the extra half an hour.
