We flew to Dublin for a night out – it was cheaper than a taxi home in London

THREE women flew to Dublin for a night out – and it was cheaper than a taxi home in London.

Brogan Moore, 24, and her two sisters Amelia and Isabel, both 19, flew the Irish capital for a night out in the city.

She shared the cheeky trip on her TikTok account.

The three sisters booked return flights from Leeds Bradford Airport to Dublin with Ryanair at a cost of £25.

They arrived at Temple Bar in Dublin at 10.30pm where they drank the night away.

In the footage, the three sisters can be seen drinking baby Guinnesses, a shot made to look like the pint it’s named after, and bottles of beer.

Brogan told Caters News Agency: “It was so worth it. I’d give the night out an easy nine out of ten, and it’s definitely something we’d all do again.

“We left our house at 6:30pm and arrived in the centre of Dublin at 10:30 – it was a very heavy night.”

The three sisters spent five and a half hours in the Irish capital before they hopped in a taxi back to the airport.

She added: “It was quite funny telling everyone we had to be back at the airport by 4:00 am until we got in the taxi back.

“We spent a large part of the journey home not speaking as we were all trying not to be sick.

“To our surprise, we had no trouble getting back on the plane home and got back in bed at about 8:00 am which completely wrote off that day.

Despite their flights only costing £25, they each spent £150 on food and drinks during the course of the evening.

Brogan added: “Our airport breakfast was very needed but very expensive at £50 for three meals.”

The video has already had more than 470,00 views but users on the platform have been left divided over the antics.

One person wrote: “The fact you all made it on the flight is impressive.”

While another added: “What great memories!”

But not everyone was up for the challenge, someone else added: “I can’t imagine anything worse than going back from a night out at 4am, and then having to get a plane back home.”

This isn’t the first time that Brits have flown to Europe for the thrill of an alcoholic drink.

Earlier this year, Callum Ryan flew to Spain for a pint for less than a crate of beer at a supermarket in the UK.

After he spotted a box of 12 Estrella for £15 in Sainsbury’s, he wondered if he could get a sunnier drink for less.

Meanwhile, this couple booked a day trip to Barcelona and barely spent any money.
