A COUPLE converted an old bus into a luxury motorhome and then took it on a tour of Europe.
Craig and Aimee, from South Wales, converted a 24-seater bus for £2,000 off eBay into a tiny home of wheels – with zero experience.

After making the purchase in 2020, the adorable pair have inspired others through their hard work and creativity.
Aimee said they saw the “custard beauty” online and decided to bid.
Craig says: “We had absolutely no idea what we were doing and we couldn’t believe that we now owned a seven-tonne bus.”
He said: “The plan was convert this bad boy in six weeks to then take it around Europe on the sickest road trip of a lifetime.”
After minimal sleep and “the most stressful times of their lives”, the pair created an amazing second home.
It took grinding, painting, sanding, sweating, crying and grafting – but they “it was totally worth it”.
Inside, there’s a bed, plenty of storage, a kitchen set up and a bathroom with a shower.
A video of the pair’s efforts was posted to TikTok: “If we can do it with no knowledge, then anyone can!”
They were inspired to make the most out of life after Aimee was diagnosed with cancer at 18 years old and Craig broke his neck in a freak accident.
On their YouTube page, they wrote: “We decided life really is too short.
“We love to give ourselves travel challenges throw us into some mad country with an even madder vehicle and you’ll find us having the best time possible.
“Our mantra is Rule Your Own World – we only get one life and it’s yours to chose how to live it – make it count.”
Together they’ve been documenting their world travels since 2014.
In 2018, they drove a 1.2L Fiat Panda to Russia on the Mongol Rally.
The next year, they travelled from the north to the south of India in a rickshaw.
The video of their bus conversion, posted under the handle @wearekingingit, has been viewed over 17,000 times, with more than 4,000 leaving comments.
Viewers appeared to be impressed with the makeover – some were even moved to want to try it themselves.
One person said: “Wow. That’s unreal!!!!!!”
Another wrote: “WOW !!! You are absolutely amazing what a fantastic job you done. Now I’m VERY JEALOUS. have fun.”
Someone else said: “Absolute goals! I dread to think how much you spent on the interior, it’s better than my house.”
