Revisions to Keaton’s Batsuit in The Flash revealed

Fans of The Flash may recall the moment when Barry Allen travels back in time to rescue his mother, inadvertently causing a tumultuous disruption in the timeline. As a result, two versions of Barry Allen now coexist: a younger one and an older counterpart. Ben Affleck’s portrayal of Batman was also replaced by Michael Keaton’s iconic version. Keaton reprises his role as the caped crusader after several decades, having originally played the character in Tim Burton’s Batman Returns film. Notably, the latest iteration of Keaton’s Batman suit underwent significant revisions for this anticipated appearance.

As reported by Screen Rant, changes to Michael Keaton’s Batman suit were spotted in The Flash film. The alterations are evident when the younger Barry attempts to fashion a makeshift Flash suit using one of Keaton’s unused Batsuits. Two modifications were observed: firstly, the cowl of the Batsuit, which was originally intended to be made of metal, now appears to be composed of a high polymer material, given Barry’s ability to cut through its armour. Secondly, Keaton’s Batsuit, known for featuring blacked-out Nikes in the original film, seems to have been replaced with proper boots in The Flash.
