Void Moon to highlight ‘sensitivity’ and ‘compassion’ in 12 zodiac signs today

The lunar cycle is constant meaning the Moon goes through different phases on almost a daily basis.

Different points throughout this sequence include a Full Moon, a New moon, and a unique phenomenon known as the “void of course Moon”.

This occurs when it is between two star signs during its journey passing through each one roughly every two days.

Over a 27-day period, the Moon aligns with each of the 12 zodiacs at some point before starting again.

And today, on Friday, June 9, there is a significant astrological shift that will influence love, relationships, and more.

At 12.25am EDT (5.25am BST), the Moon will reach its last aspect in Aquarius and become void of course.

The Moon will then change signs to enter Pisces at 6.15am EDT (11.15am BST).

An astrologer at Astrology Cafe forecast that the progression of the cycle will cause a shift in energy as it leaves “objective Aquarius” and moves into “sensitive” Pisces.

And with other planets at play, they predicted a force of acceptance in doing things without question.

The astrologer claimed: “Mercury forms a sextile to Neptune today, stirring our imagination.

“With this transit in play, we can experience a sense of knowing and understanding with minimal explanation or instruction.

“Intuition is highlighted or awakened, and we creatively apply it to practical matters. We appreciate subtleties as they aid our understanding of others and situations.

“We are more readily inspired and might inspire others with our words. There is psychic openness in our interactions, and our communications are notably gentler or more compassionate.”

While sensitivity is often mistaken for weakness, the astrologer reassured the zodiac signs of a “delightful accepting side” to this alignment that should be enjoyed.

As the twelfth and last sign of the zodiac, Pisces carries with it a little of each star sign. This means that those born under the sign often see themselves reflected in the behaviour of others, giving them seemingly boundless compassion.

The Cafe Astrology expert added: “Since the Moon represents our instinctive nature, Moon in Pisces seems to know how things feel without actual experience.

“For example, they may have never experienced something, but seem to know all about it – even, or especially, the subtleties of it. The ones that aren’t too shy make awesome actors and actresses.”
