UGC-NET 2021: Admit Card and schedule released, download here – Times of India
The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on date, shift, time and discipline as indicated in his/her Admit Card. No candidate will be allowed to appear at the examination centre, on Date and Timings other than that allotted to them in their Admit card.
The UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles Examination will be held on November 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 29, 30 and December 01, 03, 04, 05, 2021.
The candidates shall report at the Examination Centre two hours before the commencement of the examination so as to complete the frisking and registration formalities well before time.
Candidates shall not be permitted to enter in the Examination Centre after 8.30 am in First Shift and after 2.30 pm in Second Shift.
Also, the NTA has released the Date and Subject wise Schedule for UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles.
Yesterday, the the Admit cards for the candidates appearing in subjects scheduled for Day 1 and Day 2 were released.
The Examination shall be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only. The medium of Question Paper shall be in English & Hindi only. Each question carries 02 (two) marks. For each correct response, candidate will get 02 (two) marks. There is no negative marking for incorrect response.
The eligibility for ‘Assistant Professor’ or for ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor’ will depend on the performance of the candidate in both the papers of UGC-NET in aggregate. However, the candidates qualifying exclusively for Assistant Professor will not be considered for the award of JRF.
Documents to be brought to the Examination Centre
– Printed copy of Admit Card downloaded from NTA website.
– One passport size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form)
– PwD certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if claiming the relaxation under PwD category.
