Twitch Streamer xQc Suffers $800K Loss Due to a Glitch

xQc is considered to be one of the biggest players on Twitch and has amassed an unbelievably high following on the platform. His rise to fame comes from the various controversial stunts he pulls on the platform. Recently he has been in the lime light for gambling on stream, for which he takes complete accountability. He has also come out to say that he is a gambling addict, but it is an ‘illness that he can afford’.

Moreover, he has called out fans that mock him for his gambling content and took to Discord to voice out his opinions about this matter. He has also come out to say that he has lost around $2 million dollars due to this gambling addiction. Unfortunately, in one of his recent gambling streams he lost out on his $800k winnings, but this time the reason for the loss is not xQc’s fault.

In one of his latest streams, the popular Twitch entertainer was seen gambling on Stake.com where he was seen playing the Wild Machine. In a fortunate turn of events the streamer was able to set a new world record for the ‘Big Win’ title in the game. This win made a whopping $825k for xQc, but as he was ready to rejoice his win, the server suffered an error and all his winnings were lost through the glitch.

Like anyone that would lose such an outrageous amount, xQc got really frustrated and sad. He tried to look towards the silver lining and stated that he would’ve lost the money by using it for gambling at other facilities any ways. Of course xQc is a big personality and maybe a loss of $800k didn’t hit him as hard as it would affect an everyday person.

The streamer understands the repercussions of gambling and has come out to state that he does not wish to be anyone’s role model. He is on the platform to have fun, and will continue gambling till the time it remains a fun activity for him. He has also stated that if people do not like the content he is streaming then maybe they should not watch it. xQc seems to know what he is doing, but many fans are worried that this gambling addiction should not be the reason for his downfall.
