TV owners are just realising three clever ways to hide your ugly cables for good

WIRES are tatty and unsightly but there’s no avoiding them around your TV.

If you’ve got a set-top box like Sky Q, a blu-ray player, or a sound bar the mess of cables can quickly build up.

But there are ways to keep them tidy and out of the way.

Cord cover

One popular way seen on TikTok and other sites for wall-mounted TVs is a simple cord cover.

This will blend into your room much nicer than letting the wires dangle down freely.

You can pick from a specific colour or you could paint it so it’s the same colour as your wall after.

Some feature a sticky tape that goes along the wall, so no need for nails.

A cable management box

Rather than having a huge bunch of wires, a cable management box makes things look a lot neater.

You could place it next to your TV and it would appear like any other display object.

Some even have extension lead-like plugs inside so they’re all in one place.
