Who will be the star men?
If Tottenham want to reach the quarter-finals, Harry Kane is going to need to deliver once more for his beloved club.
The talisman has a club-record 268 goals and adding to that tally could be decisive.
The return of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg could also be crucial, while Son Heung-min and Ivan Perisic have had some of their best performances in Europe this term.
As for Milan, Olivier Giroud is the club’s top scorer this season on 11 goals, two more than Rafael Leao who will be desperate to cause plenty of chaos.
Divock Origi could come off the bench to put his poor form behind him and continue his love affair with the Champions League.
SunSport prediction
This is a tough one to call but the 1-0 deficit is far from insurmountable, especially at home.
With 60,000 supporting urging them forwards and Conte back on the touchline, the Tottenham players will have to be up for it.
It will not be easy and it could go the distance, but Kane will prove the difference.
Prediction: Tottenham 2-0 AC Milan
