Tottenham have made contact with Julian Nagelsmann after his sacking from Bayern Munich.

The German parted ways with the Bundesliga giants last weekend, despite leading the club to the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a win against Paris Saint-Germain in the last-16.

Tottenham sacked Conte on Sunday night following his decision to turn on the board and his players after a 3-3 draw against Southampton before the international break.

Nagelsmann was replaced by Thomas Tuchel at the Allianz Arena and the former Chelsea boss had been linked with a move to Spurs as Conte’s replacement.

The German is expected to take some time off before weighing up his options this summer, following a pressured 18 months at Bayern.

But he’s believed to be keen on managing in the Premier League and Sky Sports say Spurs have made contact with his representatives over holding talks about a move to north London.

Real Madrid are expected to part ways with Carlo Ancelotti this summer and Nagelsmann would likely be a target for the Spanish giants.

Mauricio Pochettino has been widely linked with a return to Spurs but he could be an option for Madrid.

Luis Enrique, the former Barcelona manager, is available after being sacked by Spain and he’s thought to be keen on a move to England.
