From ‘my diamond earring!’, to the Kim vs Kourtney fight, and some questionable cucumber cutting skills, the Kardashians have gifted us with many a pop culture moment.
But, despite every twist and turn the family shares with us, it’s their salad shaking skills that we continue to be obsessed with.
Any self-respecting Kardash-addict knows that the Kardashians love a big salad, in a big plastic bowl.
And crucially, the salad needs a good ol’ shake before it’s eaten.
In the first season of The Kardashians, the three sisters even discuss how they’ve made the salad shake a thing
Looking directly at the camera and speaking to her fans (while shaking a salad, obv), Kim said: ‘We know how much you guys love it. Eating a salad with us, and just shaking a salad.’
While Kourtney adds: ‘I think I made a phenomenon about shaking salads.’
She’s not wrong.
And now, you can bring a little touch of Kardashian lunch time glamour to your own home, thanks to M&S.
The supermarket has released a new range of Shake-A-Salad, designed to be shook a la our favourite family.
That’s right, this is not just a salad. This is an unofficial M&S x Kardashian salad.
The range includes a chicken Caesar, tuna Niçoise and Greek feta – and they all comes in plastic bowls, although much smaller than the ones we see on TV.
You then pour over a pot of dressing and start shaking.
And of course, TikTok is all over it. Creator, Jodi Chupka, posted a video of her eating said salad with the caption: ‘Not M&S giving us all our Kardashian moment.’
The salads start at £5.50 and they’re available now.
