This is how much OnePlus Nord 2 may cost in India – Times of India

OnePlus is all set to launch the third smartphone under its affordable Nord series of phones with the OnePlus Nord 2. As we move closer to the launch date of the OnePlus Nord 2– July 22– more details and speculations around the phone are appearing. The latest reveal is its expected price in India.
Smartphone enthusiasts are expecting that the OnePlus Nord 2 will be priced above Rs 30,000 and it won’t be that affordable compared to the original Nord and the Nord CE, which was launched a month back.
The OnePlus Nord CE 5G comes in three variants that are spread across the price points of Rs 22,999, Rs 24,999 and Rs 27,999. Given the fact that the Nord CE 5G is a “stripped-down” variant of the original Nord and just focusing on providing the “core experience”, the upcoming Nord 2 is expected to be priced higher. If reports are to be believed, the new OnePlus Nord 2 5G may start at Rs 29,999 at least.
While there is no official word on the pricing of OnePlus Nord 2 in India, some media reports are highlighting that the device may start at Rs 31,999.
The OnePlus Nord 2 5G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset. It will be the first OnePlus smartphone to not come with a Qualcomm chipset. The newly launched OnePlus Nord CE 5G runs Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G SoC.
The OnePlus Nord 2 5G is expected to come with the same display found in the Nord CE 5G– a 6.43-inch AMOLED punch hole display with a selfie camera on the top left corner. Of course, it will be a 90Hz refresh rate panel with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and Full HD+ resolution. There will be an in-display fingerprint sensor and the selfie camera may include a 32MP sensor. The device will run OxygenOS based on Android 11 operating system and may be backed by a 4,500mAh battery with OnePlus WarpCharge 30T Plus fast charging with an output of 30W.
As far as the camera is concerned, the OnePlus Nord 2 5G is expected to feature a triple camera setup at the back with a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor along with 8MP and 2MP secondary sensors.
