The influencer, who focuses on posting tips for people to save money on his TikTok account, discussed a way travellers can look for cheap flights. The relatively simple tip has proved a game changer for some.
The TikTok educator said: “Have you not heard of Google’s flight hack? Simply search on Google ‘flights’ and don’t put anything into the destination tab, and click the map.”
He demonstrated how a number of cheap return flights appeared in his search. The content creator went on: “But it gets better. If you select the non-stop tab it will show you all the direct flights.”
In that search, he found a round trip to Amsterdam for just £46 and one to Malta for £32. Commenters were quick to praise the hack. One wrote: “This one is legit.”
A number claimed to have used the trick themselves with positive results. One wrote, “Palma £21 booked” while another said, “Our Vienna trip is just £16.”

Look for cheap errors
Occasionally airlines will accidentally list flights at the wrong price and travellers can take advantage of this. Those attempting this hack will need to be quick, but the website Secret Flying shares some.

When offered the choice, it can be wise to sign up for an airline’s rewards programme. This will give travellers the opportunity to accrue points which can be put towards flights in the future.
