DRIVERS have been left stunned after discovering a secret feature in their car boot that makes shopping trips so much easier.

Nicola Lewis shared a hack that helps to keep your shopping bags from spilling out in the boot and and avoids any spillages and hard-to-clean stains.

TikTok user @thisgirlcanorganise, with more than 12,500 followers on social media, claims that most cars have a grocery bag hook in the boot.

She titled the video: “Immediately run and check your boot!!!”

Nicola explained: “I only found this out last week. Did you know that inside every car, there is a hook for you to hang the bag on?

“I didn’t know this. Go to your boot now.”

Many cars have the famed “curry hook” on the front passenger seat – and motorists have discovered that it’s also perfect for hanging up their takeaway bags.

It was first introduced in the Nissan Almera back in 1996, and the much-loved feature is still present in the current Qashqai and X-Trail models.

The video has gone viral on Tiktok with more than 17,700 views – and people were quick to comment below.

One said: “Nice.”

Another said: “Not my Ford Fiesta.”

While a third pointed out: “Yep.”
