The 77-year-old initially retired as chairman, CEO and head of creative in July but remained majority shareholder.

The American businessman stepped down after accusations of sexual misconduct and reports he allegedly paid several women millions in hush money between 2006 and 2022.

But McMahon was unanimously voted back in by the board of directors and returned as executive chairman with reports suggesting he will oversee the sale of the company.

There have been rumours suggesting WWE could be sold to Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, which also owns Premier League giants Newcastle.

But there is no deal in place and speculation suggests there are other potential buyers, such as Comcast, Fox, Disney, Warner Bros, Discovery, Netflix, Amazon, UFC owner Endeavor Group Holdings and Formula One owner Liberty Media.

Bloomberg has claimed that McMahon would be asking for around £7.47BN to sell.

And that would net him and other members of his family who hold majority shares in the company an absolute fortune, according to the Wrestle Purists Twitter account.

McMahon, who is the majority shareholder, would pocket a mega £2.1 BILLION for himself.

His daughter Stephanie, who left her role as Chairperson & co-CEO of WWE last month just days after her father’s controversial return to the company, holds the next most.

And the 46-year-old, who is married to Paul “Triple H” Levesque, would earn £141.7m.

Her mother, and Vince’s wife, Linda McMahon would get £41.7m while Levesque himself would bank £6.89m.

Kevin Dunn has worked for WWE for over 20 years in a number of roles, and he has accumulated a host of shares in that period, which would see him receive just over £20m from the sale.

Nick Khan is the CEO of WWE and that would net him £11.46m while current President & CFO at WWE, Frank Riddick, would get £9.04m.
