Don’t miss out on the hotel’s on-site restaurant.

The small plates are a highlight, with the butterbean houmous and charred lamb breast unmissable, washed down with a signature Fable Highball cocktail.

Skipping out on pudding is advised against too, with the deconstructed Snickers being a rich delight.

The restaurant also has a happy hour with £1 oysters.
