Anyone with a Tesco Clubcard in their wallet can make some serious savings on the latest smartphones including Apple’s iPhone and Samsung’s new Galaxy Z Flip 3 which features a bendy screen that can fold in half. The supermarket giant is no stranger to selling Apple and Android phones via its Tesco Mobile platform but the company is now adding Clubcard discounts to this service.
That means customers can shave a few pounds off the price of a new device and that’s not all as there’s also the chance to get one Clubcard point for every £1 spent on bills.
The deals include the iPhone 11 for just £27.99 per month (saving £5) or Samsung’s Galaxy A22 5G for just £19.99 per month (saving £4).
There’s even last year’s iPhone 12 mini which can be bagged for £27.99 per month (saving £3).
The only thing you need to be aware of is that the cheapest prices from Tesco mean signing up to a 36-month contract so make sure you are happy to hold onto the phone for that length of time before tapping the buy button.
Even if you don’t want a contract and would rather buy a device SIM-free Tesco has deals that lower the price for its Clubcard users with the iPhone 12 mini costing £564.99 – that’s a £14 saving.
The firm has also cut the cost on its monthly SIM plans with prices now starting from just £14 for 100GB of data.
Speaking about the deals, Tesco said: “To celebrate the arrival of Clubcard Prices1 at Tesco Mobile, the network is launching a trolley load of fantastic Clubcard deals on pay monthly and SIM only contracts, SIM free devices and Samsung tech.
“Clubcard members can now get exclusive Clubcard Prices to bag their dream phone for less, as well as the usual benefits of doubling the value of their Clubcard vouchers when spending them at Tesco Mobile and collecting one Clubcard point for every £1 spent on their bill.”
