Tesco’s opening times over the bank holiday weekend will vary from store to store.
Customers are being encouraged to check out the supermarket’s store locator for information on individual stores.
However, Tesco shoppers can expect that the majority of their large stores will be open from 8am-6pm or 8am-8pm, unless the store location has a restriction.
The majority of Tesco Express stores across the UK will have normal opening hours.
Subject to availability, Tesco will still be running normal delivery and Click+Collect services.

Aldi
Aldi has released a statement regarding its opening hours for the upcoming bank holiday.
The supermarket’s website stated: “We are open this Bank Holiday. Opening hours may vary depending on the store location.
“Please refer to our store finder to check your local store opening times.”
Opening hours listed by Aldi for the bank holiday weekend
Saturday August 27: 8am – 10pm
Sunday August 28: 10am – 4pm
Monday August 29: 8am – 8pm.
