Tekken 8 New Trailer Celebrates The Glorious Return Of Jun Kazama

A new Tekken 8 character trailer was shared online today, providing a new look at a fan-favorite character that has been missing from the playable roster of the main entries in the series since the second game.

The new trailer, which can be watched below, focuses on Jun Kazama, the mother of Jin Kazama who was only playable in Tekken 2 and was once believed to have been killed by Ogre before the events of Tekken 7. Having not been playable for so long, the character seems to play quite differently from her Tekken 2 days.

Jun Kazama is only one of the returning characters that have been confirmed so far for Tekken 8, the latest entry in the fighting game series by Bandai Namco. Among those that have been showcased so far are Kazuya Mishima, King, and Lars Alexandersson. Last month, Bandai Namco also provided new information on the Heat System, which will allow players to briefly enter a powered-up state during which it will be possible to deal huge amounts of damage and use special moves not available otherwise.

Tekken 8 is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S and will release on a yet-to-be-confirmed release date. We will let you know when the game launches as soon as more comes in on the launch date, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
