Taylor Lewan injury update: Titans tackle carted off field vs. Bills
Titans offensive tackle Taylor Lewan was carted off the field during the team’s “Monday Night Football” matchup against the Bills after suffering a head injury.
Lewan was strapped to a backboard and carted off following a Derrick Henry rushing play in the second quarter. According to Titans reporter Jim Wyatt, Lewan was being evaluated for a concussion but showed movement in all his extremities.

He gave a thumbs-up gesture to the crowd as he was being carted off.

Lewan was injured as Henry rushed for 7 yards on first down to the Bills’ 4. Lewan was seen rolling over defenders and hitting his head against the back of one of them. He lay on the ground as the training staff came onto the field.

Kendall Lamm is the Titans’ backup left tackle, according to the team’s depth chart.
