Supermodels share the ‘anti-ageing weapons’ that keep them young
When it comes to supermodels, maintaining an ageless beauty is undoubtedly partly genetics. However, a solid skincare routine and exercise regime can do wonders in making someone look younger than they are.
Iman shared the “secret anti-ageing weapons” than can be practised by all women at home.
Iman revealed that her “most important” beauty tip is to take care of your skin.
She said: “Skincare for me is the number one, before you start thinking about makeup it’s skincare, skincare, skincare.
“My mother taught me at an early age that the skin you take care of in your 20s is what you’re going to get in your 50s and 60s.”

Iman is a world-renowned supermodel and of course can afford the best skincare the industry has to offer.
However, even she believes that things don’t need to be so complicated when it comes to skin.
The supermodel told women at home: “It doesn’t have to be something expensive.”
In fact, she said it was “as simple as” cleansing, moisturising and hydrating.
DON’T MISS…
The model instructed women to “do it religiously, do it twice a day”.
She also recommended a light foundation or even more light-weight, a BB cream.
SPF is also incredibly important, as sun damage can accelerate signs of skin ageing, causing wrinkles and adversely affecting the skin’s elasticity.
Ultimately, the secret to ageing well is taking care of your skin, according to Iman.

The supermodel also credited her youthful appearance to a regular exercise regime and healthy diet.
She argued that most of us are not eating enough vegetables, but provided an easy way for women to get their five a day.
Iman starts each morning with a vegetable juice which consists of spinach, kale, romaine lettuce, celery and coconut water.
Exercise is also vital, as there is no “quick fix” for the perfect body or an ageless complexion.
Iman was joined on the panel by fellow supermodels Paulina Porizkova and Veronica Webb.
Both credited their youthful looks party to working out. Paulina revealed that taking part in Dancing With the Stars back in 2007 changed her body totally.
She suggested that the vigorous dance training over several weeks lifted her body up rather than sagging.
Veronica said exercise can be incorporated into your day-to-day life, saying that “one of the best things you can do is put your kids on wheels”.
Jogging with a child who is on a bike, skateboard or roller skates is a great way to get a workout in.
