Shindong of Super Junior has been confirmed to be in a relationship with a non-celebrity, the K-pop group’s agency revealed.
Super Junior’s agency Label SJ stated that Shindong’s girlfriend used to be a trainee at an entertainment company, but that her work is no longer related to the industry, as per a statement obtained by Sports Seoul and Allkpop today, Jan. 1.
“The two are supporting each other and silently growing in love,” it stated.
Label SJ also stressed that, as of this writing, Shindong and his girlfriend are not thinking of getting married yet.
“They are dating, but there is no plan to get married,” it told fans.
Shindong debuted as the lead dancer of Super Junior in November 2005. The group is known for the song “Sorry, Sorry,” “U” and “Bonamana,” among others. /ra
