Strictly’s Tess Daly blows fans away with skipping and weights workout video

Tess Daly has stunned her fans with her latest Instagram post as she performs a intense and fast-paced workout.

The 52-year old star looked sensational as she powered through some leg exercises, weight-lifting and a skipping rope workout.

She attempts to get into momentum with the skipping rope, before giving a grin to the camera when it went a little wrong.

She captioned the video: “Sometimes, to get the motivation to workout, you just need to pretend you’re starring in a 1980’s workout DVD.”

Tess was sporting some black leggings, a plain white top and had her hair tied back in a simple ponytail.

Followers of the English model and presenter immediately took to the comment section to flood her with compliments.

One person gushed: “You look amazing! Great advert for us over 50’s! Xxx”

A second person wrote: “beautiful even when skipping” followed by applauding emojis.

A third commented: “I may adopt this as my motivation, I may even invest in leg warmers- but I draw the line at leotards !!!”

Another said: “Where’s your leg warmers?!” and a fifth person wrote: “The song choice is SUPREME.”

The star has just returned from a week in Dubai soaking up the sun and taking time off work.

Tess looked stunning during her relaxing trip to Azure Beach Club and sported a gorgeous red swimsuit during one of her last days on holiday.

“Making the most of our last days with an afternoon at @AzureBeachDubai which means sushi and catching up on a good book!” wrote Tess.

“We’ll miss the sunshine but excited to see @vernonkay and the girls,” she added.

The Strictly Come Dancing presenter was in Dubai to model some of her beachwear, Naia Beach, that she co-founded.

The star is in a relationship with fellow presenter Vernon Kay and they share daughters Phoebe, 17, and Amber, 12, together.
