The judge, 56, tied the knot with marketing professional Hannah Summers in 2017, after six years of dating.
He’s now detailed some of their bedroom antics, during an appearance on Steph’s Packed Lunch on Friday.
Anton said: ‘We do naked dancing at home.
‘I do this move called “The Helicopter”.
‘It’s called the bedroom dance.’
Offering to show off his special move on the programme, host Steph McGovern replied: ‘That would be definitely offensive nudity I don’t need to see.’
Though Anton keeps his relationship out of the spotlight, he previously opened up about first meeting his wife on a 2021 episode of Steph’s Packed Lunch.
He said: ‘She was sat across a big table at a do and I thought, wow she is absolutely outrageous… She went off to the loo as one does.
‘Outrageously, I followed her! She went into the ladies and I waited outside for her.
‘I’m staggered she actually spoke to me.’
He added: ‘She came out she looked at me and went “have you been waiting outside the ladies for me?” and I went “Yes, It’s because I love you.”’
The pair went on to welcome twins George and Henrietta in March 2017.
Steph’s Packed Lunch airs weekdays at 12pm on Channel 4.
