‘Stranger Things’ star Joseph Quinn to attend Fan Expo in Toronto

Breakout star Joseph Quinn from Netflix’s hit series “Stranger Things” will make his first North American convention appearance at Fan Expo Canada later this month.

Quinn will appear Saturday and Sunday at the four-day convention, and will take part in a Q & A panel. The convention runs Aug. 25 to 28 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Previously announced celebrity guests at this year’s Fan Expo include stars from the popular motorcycle gang series “Sons of Anarchy” Charlie Hunnam, Ryan Hurst, Emilio Rivera and Theo Rossi. Elijah Wood and castmates from the upcoming Hobbit series will also be making an appearance.

Canadians in this year’s lineup include William Shatner and the stars of “The Kids in the Hall.”

Last year, Fan Expo Canada moved ahead with a smaller-scale event branded as a “limited edition” which had fewer guests and took place in October with COVID-19 precautions.
