SSC JE Result 2022 declared on ssc.nic.in, check Paper-1 result here – Times of India

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the result of the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contract) Examination (Paper-I) – 2022. Candidates who took the exam can check and download their result from the official website at ssc.nic.in.
The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2022 (Paper-I) in the Computer Based Mode from November 14, 2022 to November 16, 2022 at various centres all over the country.
A total of 15605 candidates has have been shortlisted for Civil Engineering (Paper-II) examination-2022. While, 4533 candidates have qualified for Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (Paper-II) exam. Candidates may note that the SSC has normalised marks of the candidates and same has been used for processing the result to qualify the candidates for the next stage of Examination (i.e. Paper-II).

The minimum qualifying marks in Paper-I have been fixed as 30% (i.e. 60 marks) for UR, 25% (i.e. 50 marks) for OBC/EWS and 20% (i.e. 40 marks) for all other categories.

How to check SSC JE Paper-1 Result 2022
Step 1. Visit the official website at ssc.nic.in
Step 2. On the homepage, click on ‘Result’ tab and go to ‘JE’
Step 3. Click on result link for JE paper-1 exam 2022
Step 4. The SSC JE Paper I result will open on the screen
Step 5. Download and take a printout of the result for future reference
The shortlisted candidates will now appear in JE Paper-II exam which will be a descriptive paper. JE Paper 2 exam is tentatively scheduled to be conducted on February 26, 2023. The Admission Certificate of the shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the websites of the respective Regional Offices in due course.
The marks of the qualified/ non-qualified candidates in paper-1 exam will be made available on the website of the commission from February 03, 2023 to February 17, 2023.
