Sony PlayStation VR2 to Be Previewed at CES 2023; Leaked Jan 2023 List for PS Plus Essential Reveal Exciting Games

We’re just days away from the start of CES 2023, which will take place in Las Vegas early next year.

Along with many tech giants, Sony will be making an appearance with a press conference, taking place on January 4 at 5 PM PST/ 8 PM ET. Not much has been revealed about the company’s long-awaited press conference, except for the fact that fans should expect to see some developments from the Sony Honda Mobility division.

If you can’t make it to Las Vegas and see the conference live, Sony has revealed a YouTube stream with a picture of the company’s latest virtual reality headset in the PlayStation VR2 at the centre of it all, as the stream’s preview image.

With the headset set to arrive in the hands of customers on February 22, expect to see some major reveals and announcements, with the PlayStation VR2 being shown in action during Sony’s press conference on January 4.

PlayStation Plus Essential January 2023 Leaked List of Games Has Some Big Names

In other Sony news, we may have finally found out about some of the games headed to the Essential tier of the company’s popular subscription service, PlayStation Plus.

According to Dealabs user and insider Billbil-kun, PlayStation Plus Essential will feature games like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Axiom Verge 2 and Fallout 76. These games will be available to claim between January 3 and February 7. While the former two will be available with the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 variants, Bethesda’s latest title in the iconic RPG series will only feature the last generation version.
