Ever since he made his debut with Parampara in 1993, he’s explored a variety of genres and acting roles, but one thing he’s always excelled at is creating an unmatched camaraderie with his female co-stars. Here’s looking at six of Saif Ali Khan’s best on-screen chemistries to date!

Rani Mukherjee

First up we have Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherjee who were one of the most famous hit couples on screen, with movies like Hum Tum, Ta Ra Rum Pum and Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic becoming some of the most loved rom-coms in Hindi cinema. In fact, when they reunited on screen 11 long years later, their infectious chemistry was still visibly present. Hum Tum was definitely their biggest hit together- right from the music to their unique love story which gave rise to an iconic cartoon couple, everything seemed to work for the audience. Next up, on the list is Deepika Padukone and Saif Ali Khan’s power-packed pairing, which has never failed to give us an engaging film with some sizzling chemistry! The two have collaborated on some great projects including Aarakshan, Love Aaj Kal and Cocktail, and the audience has always loved their on-screen connection! Right from Love Aaj Kal, which was their first collaboration, they instantly hit it off on screen. Their unmatched chemistry coupled withthe creative storyline made the rom-com a favourite among movie-goers! They appeared in the political thriller Aakarshan which highlighted corruption in different sectors of the nation. However, Deepika and Saif was paired romantically and had some endearing moments. In complete contrast to that was their sexy and sultry chemistry in Cocktail, where Deepika played a feisty and rebellious Veronica and Saif played suave lover boy Gautam! Together their chemistry was fiery and the movie continues to be one of their best projects to date!

Even though Saif Ali Khan and Ileana D’Cruz only did one film together, their chemistry left a mark on the audience! They were seen together in Happy Ending, where both of them play novelists. Their most romantic moment was during the song Jaise Tu Mera, which shows both of them enjoying exotic locations, as they romance each other. Last but not the least, we have Saif Ali Khan and Bipasha Basu on the list! The two came together for Abbas–Mustan’s crime thriller Race in 2008. Their steamy chemistry and hot numbers throughout the movie definitely stood out despite the ensemble cast, and drove the audience wild! The film had a very international feel, with most scenes being shot in exotic locations including Durban and Goa and that only gives it an extra edge.
