Singer Ava Max attacked by fan on stage after scary Bebe Rexha incident

An Ava Max fan slapped the “Sweet but Psycho” singer on stage during her Tuesday night performance in Los Angeles, California, days after singer Bebe Rexha was struck in the face by a concertgoer’s phone.

The unruly fan, who has not been identified, allegedly jumped on stage and physically assaulted Max, 29, while she was performing onstage.

Video footage shows the singer being whacked on the forehead as security drags the man offstage. However, Max continued to perform before stepping offstage.

Later that night, she revealed on Twitter that she sustained an eye injury.

“He slapped me so hard that he scratched the inside of my eye. He’s never coming to a show again thank you to the fans for being spectacular tonight in LA though!!,” the “Salt” singer shared.

The Post reached out to Max’s reps and LAPD for comment.

Fans were distraught to hear the news of another performer being attacked on stage.

“I’m sorry to hear this Ava. People need to learn boundaries,” tweeted a fan. “I hope you’re ok.”

“You deserve better, love you,” tweeted from MTV’s account.

“Please tell me he was arrested,” pleaded another.

Unfortunately, the suspect was not arrested because he allegedly did not mean to harm Max but just wanted to “hold her,” according to TMZ.

Another concerned fan tweeted, “I dont know what exactly happened but first bebe rexha now you? why is violence starting to increase at concerts?”

A few days before Max’s incident, a fan threw his phone at singer Bebe Rexha, 33, while she was performing onstage during a New York City show. The incident left her with a bruised eye and three stitches.

Cops arrested the suspect, Nicolas Malvagna, 27, who was charged with assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault and harassment.

“I was trying to see if I could hit her with the phone at the end of the show because it would be funny,” Malvagna said, according to prosecutors.

Although she is overcoming the traumatic experience, Rexha confirmed she’ll continue her “Best F*kin Night of My Life Tour.”

“Although the show ended in an unfortunate way it was still an amazing show in my hometown. Thank you so Much New York. I love You. The Tour must go on!!! Philly next!” the singer wrote via Instagram.
