Simone Ashley has claimed the third season of Bridgerton is going to be “hotter than ever”. Recently in an interview with a leading news portal, Simone didn’t get into details, she just teased, “I just think it is going to be hotter than ever.”
She also talked more about her Bridgerton character, Kate Sharma and said, “I think you’re going to see a much softer side coming this season. We’ll likely be able to see that ‘softness’ in Kate’s wardrobe, and in her marriage to Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey). She’s going to be quite content with her husband.”
In Bridgerton 2, Simone plays the feisty Kate Sharma and proved to be the perfect match for Jonathan’s Anthony.
While season two of the series focused on Anthony and Kate’s love-hate romance, season three will explore the relationship between Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton).
Bridgerton, created by Shonda Rhimes, has become an outstanding franchise, not only with its initial two popular seasons but also with a successful spinoff series dubbed Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story.
