Shoppers rush to buy cheap Fitbit rival that scans at B&M tills for only £5

IF you’re looking for a fitness smartwatch but don’t fancy paying silly prices there’s a deal that’s been spotted at B&M.

The popular high street store is apparently selling the Fitbit rival Mi Smart Band 5 Fitness Tracker at a super cheap price.

Usually it retails for £40.

However, at the moment it’s gone down to just a fiver.

But it won’t be around for long.

According to bargain hunters on HotUKDeals, staff are telling them the band is only available at this low price today.

The lucky buyer who reported the deal found it at B&M’s High Wycombe store.

It’s not clear whether it’s a local deal or national.

But staff had some available behind the till so you may have to ask.

“I have a 5,” one user said.

“I’d get another, or two, at this price in case I lose it!”

The device is made by Xiaomi.

They claim the Mi Band 5’s battery can last up to 14 days.

It can track your physical activities, sleep, as well as women’s health.

You can use it as a clever remote control to take photos on your smartphone too.
