The TV personality, 32, is taking part in the latest series of Channel 4’s Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, alongside the likes of Curtis Pritchard and Jennifer Ellison.

During Sunday’s episode, the recruits were tasked to put their weapon training to the test

‘People see me as a reality star and it really bugs me when people say I have no talent.

‘But I’ve always wanted to impress and do good because I’ve got so much self-doubt. I really just want to start believing in myself.

During the gruelling challenge, the former Towie star accidentally aimed and fired at the wrong opponent.

Noticing that she was visibly distressed, SAS soldier Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham said: ‘OK, you fired at him, calm down!’

‘I really don’t think that I can do this sort of thing,’ she sobbed.

‘I fired the guy that didn’t fire at me so I f****d it.’

After Mark did his best to comfort her, Ferne walked towards her co-stars and explained what happened.

‘I’m just so royally f****d and done. My head was all over.’

‘I’m sick of crying, I’m not good at it.’

The I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! star later opened up about her past relationships to Mark and martial arts instructor Rudy Reyes.

‘To pass this course would be such an achievement,’ she said.

‘If I fail I would be very disappointed. I put a lot into this. I am going to change and channel my inner boss woman.’

Ahead of the new series airing, the First Time Mum star expressed that she was determined to push herself out of her comfort zone.

‘I had no expectations, but a lot of expectations at the same time, I knew it was going to be really tough, but I think until you’re in that environment, nothing can quite prepare you for how ridiculously tough it actually is.’

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins continues next Sunday at 9pm on Channel 4.
