Samsung Galaxy A14 gets Bluetooth SIG certification: Expected specifications and more – Times of India

Samsung has reportedly been working on a budget A series smartphone. Multiple reports suggest that the phone may be called Samsung Galaxy A14 and it is rumoured to be introduced in both 4G and 5G variants. The smartphone’s 4G variant has allegedly been spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification website.
In addition, the upcoming smartphone has surfaced on the websites for WiFi Alliance and SDPPI certification in Indonesia.
As per the recent report by Gizmochina, the Samsung Galaxy A14, with model numbers SM-A145P_DS and SM-A145R_DSN, has been listed for Bluetooth SIG certification. Another smartphone with model number SM-A145P_DS has also been spotted on WiFi Alliance certification platform as well as listed on Indonesia’s SDPPI database.

It is assumed that since the smartphone is being certified in multiple markets, the South Korean smartphone maker may launch the phone soon.
Samsung Galaxy A14 4G expected specifications
The Samsung Galaxy A14 Bluetooth SIG listing suggests that the smartphone will come equipped with Bluetooth v5.3 support. The WiFi Alliance listing for the upcoming A-series smartphone suggests that it could run Android 13.
Additionally, the listing states that the Samsung Galaxy A14 could support dual-WiFi bands. The Samsung Galaxy A14 is said to support WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and WiFi Direct.
Samsung Galaxy A14 5G expected specifications
The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G was previously spotted on the Geekbench website. As per the benchmarking website, the 5G variant of the smartphone will be powered by the Exynos 1330 processor.
It is also reported that the phone will have another version for the US. A separate Geekbench listing also suggested that the US variant of the smartphone may be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. Furthermore, the FCC certification website claimed that the Galaxy A14 5G US variant will pack a 5,000mAh battery that might support 15W of fast charging.
