Ryanair’s Director of Marketing, Dara Brady, said: “We are pleased to announce this flash sale for our customers who are looking to get the last of the summer sun.

“As vaccination rollout programmes continue in the coming months, air traffic is set to return to pre-pandemic levels and we are delighted to bring this amazing sale to our customers where they can fly to sunny hotspots Valencia, Palermo, Chania and explore new city break destinations Vienna, Edinburgh and Berlin this September and October from only £12.99.

“Our sale is for 24 hours only on Thursday, August 12.

“Since these amazing low prices will be snapped up quickly, customers must act fast and visit the Ryanair.com website to book their flights before midnight, tonight – August 12.”

All flights will be covered by Ryanair’s “fee free changes” policy.

The Irish carrier has dropped all flight change fees for new bookings made before September 30, 2021, for travel before December 31, 2021.

“You can now make up to two flight changes for travel by December 31, 2021,” explains the airline’s website.

“This gives you complete flexibility and peace of mind.

“Our Zero Change Fee promo is applicable for bookings made after June 10, 2020.

“Flight changes must take place at least seven days before the original scheduled departure dates to avail of promo.”

Ryanair also advises customers to double-check the travel restrictions in place for their destination, both in the UK and abroad.

“Travel restrictions change regularly, unfortunately, our customer service agents cannot help you with queries about specific restriction’s in place at your destination, you will need to investigate yourself,” it states.
