The rocker was beach ready in his floaty white shirt which was tucked into a pair of beige linen shorts.
The 78-year-old accessorised with a cream fedora, silver chain bracelets and layered a cowrie shell necklace over a silver cross.
Rod also wore a pair of Vans half-crew socks with some white trainers for his stroll on the Spanish beach.
Police constable Penny, 52, looked gorgeous alongside him in a lilac bikini under a colourful kimono which featured a clash of animal prints with florals.
The mum-of-two also matched her rockstar husband with a cream fedora and sunglasses.
The next leg of Rod’s The Hits tour will kick off on Tuesday in Murcia before moving to Marbella and Cadiz.
The Maggie May hitmaker will return to America later this month with dates across the United States and Canada before his highly-anticipated Las Vegas residency.
Rod and Penny’s beach trip comes after he was joined by seven of his children in a picturesque Spanish villa.
Penny shared a sweet photograph of the family with her 178,000 followers on Instagram. Among the large brood were the couple’s sons Aiden, 12, and Alastair, 17.
Rod’s six other children come from previous relationships. His eldest, Sarah, 59, was adopted when she was five and was not present on the family holiday.
From his first marriage to Alana Stewart, Rod has daughter Kimberley, 43, and son Sean, 42.
He then welcomed Ruby, 36, during his relationship with model Kelly Emberg and then shared Renee, 31, and Liam, 28, with Rachel Hunter.
