It’s been a tense time for Rebekah, 40, who has been embroiled in a bombshell legal battle with fellow WAG Coleen Rooney, who accused her of leaking false stories from her Instagram account to the press.
On Sunday, mum-of-five Rebekah looked as though she had no cares in the world as she cosied up to husband and Leicester City footballer Jamie. In the Instagram photo, the married couple are seen with bright smiles while snapping a selfie with a beach in the background.
‘A bit of sun and sea air,’ Rebekah captioned the picture with loved-up emoji.
It’s been a while since the two have been pictured together, with Jamie, 35, mainly seen in family snaps on his wife’s social media.
Rebekah also shared a group photo in her Instagram stories where they were joined by other family members, including some of their older children.
She wrote: ‘Family walk,’ alongside the image.
The couple share three kids; Sofia, seven, Finley, four, and Olivia, two, while Rebekah also has two children – Megan, 17, and Taylor, 11 – from previous relationships, and Jamie is also father to another child who he shares with a former partner.
Jamie and Rebekah met in 2014 when she was working as a club promoter and married two years later.
Rebekah is having to pay a hefty bill following the conclusion of her libel trial against Rooney, 36, with a judge ruling that she fork out towards her former friend’s legal fees.
Following a short trial this summer, the judge said it was ‘likely’ that Vardy’s agent at the time, Caroline Watt, ‘undertook the direct act’ of passing on information from Rooney’s private Instagram account to The Sun.
Vardy vehemently denied leaking false stories but the judge ruled in Rooney’s favour.
