Rapper was ‘not having sex’ at game

Fans at an ice hockey game were convinced raunchy rappers Kodak Black and Essence were having sex in a corporate suite.

US rapper Kodak Black put on a PDA show with his new lady love when the pair attended the Panthers-Canucks ice hockey game in his native Florida.

During the third period, the rapper (nee Bill Kapri) was seen holding a woman while she was bent over, twerking on his lap, in an arena suite, the New York Post reports.

Fans at the game recorded the viral moment, which showed the woman — identified as rapper Essence — on her hands. Kapri eventually reposted the clip to his Instagram story.

For an extended period of time, the internet thought the pair was having sex. Kodak Black did go on Instagram Live to note that he “put the enchilada in the piñata.”

Florida Hockey Now posted a story suggesting such, though it later proved to just be twerking.

Kapri and Essence were sitting rinkside before they moved up to a suite at FLA Live Arena, where they were captured on camera in the comprising position.

The Panthers featured the rapper on the Jumbotron throughout the game, but reportedly did not advertise his presence after the PDA moment.

The Miami Herald said the rappers’ rendezvous took place next to a suite where several Panthers executives were seated.

The Panthers ended up defeating the Vancouver Canucks 5-2 on Tuesday night. The NHL also acknowledged Kapri’s presence at the game on Twitter — but then deleted the tweet after the shenanigans started to go viral.

Essence also took to Instagram to document the couple’s second date. She said their first date occurred “in the studio.” She also gushed over the rapper in various Instagram story slides, calling herself “Mrs. Kapri”.

Kapri made headlines in early 2021, when he was included in former President Donald Trump’s pardon spree during his last days in office.

The rapper was in federal prison for pleading guilty to a firearms possession charge after being detained at the Canadian-American border in March 2020.

In January 2021, he took to Twitter to thank Trump for commuting his 46-month sentence.

In 2019, he admitted to lying on federal forms to buy four firearms from a Miami-area gun shop.
