Rapper Theophilus London reported missing, family seeking public’s help: ‘We will come get you son’
Rapper Theophilus London has been reported missing by his family, according to a statement released Wednesday by Secretly, a music label that has worked with London.
“Over the last few weeks, friends and family … have been working together to piece together his whereabouts,” the family’s statement read. The 35-year-old’s family and friends believe someone last spoke to the musician in July in Los Angeles, they added.
On Tuesday, some of London’s relatives traveled to Los Angeles to file a missing persons report with the Los Angeles Police Department, which confirmed the filing to USA TODAY Wednesday.
London was not yet listed on the LAPD’s online missing persons database by Wednesday afternoon.
The family is seeking the public’s assistance in finding London, who is 6-foot-2, weighs 175 pounds and has dark brown eyes. In their statement, London’s family urged the public to reach out to LAPD or the musician’s cousin Mikhail Noel via Instagram (@iamdjkellz).
London’s father, Larry Moses London, also included a plea in the statement released Wednesday.

In 2016, London was Grammy-nominated for best rap song and rap performance for Ye’s 2015 single “All Day,” in which London was a featured performer along with Paul McCartney and Allan Kingdom.
A year after Travis Scott’s Astroworld disaster left 10 dead, are crowded concerts any safer?
