Queen Letizia looks sultry in red leather trousers with BOSS jumper

Queen Letizia of Spain, 50, attended events related to Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities today at Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Deu in Barcelona. The glamorous Queen of Spain wore a beautiful outfit which was red from head to toe.

The royal mother-of-two, 50, donned a vibrant scarlet jumper which she paired with a cool pair of red leather trousers for the outing to Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Deu.

The “Frankie cuff detail wool jumper” was a repeat wear for the Queen of Spain from Hugo Boss, previously retailing for £150. Its description previously said on the website: “Four metal buttons gleam at the extended cuffs of a slim crewneck sweater knit from a lightweight, mercerised wool.”

Queen Letizia has owned this scarlet red garment as far back as 2019, prior to the coronavirus pandemic. Today, Letizia added a smart black belt to her trousers and donned a pair of dangling pearl earrings for the occasion.

For footwear, Queen Letizia opted for her “Lodi Debra Pumps”, which she has worn for an even longer period of time. The 50-year-old was first seen donning these heels back in 2015.

Their description previously said: “Bordeaux patent pumps with scalloped trim and pointed toe.” The former journalist appeared in good spirits as she arrived for the mental health event at the hospital today.

The royal mother-of-two arrived solo, attending the event without her husband King Felipe. Stylish Letizia wore her brunette locks down, just brushing her shoulders, and kept her make-up natural and glowing.

She looked beautifully tanned and went for a smoky eye, with dusky bronze eyeliner, statement lashes and tinted pink lipstick. The look is among one of many leather ensembles the Queen has in her wardrobe, with the stylish mother regularly opting for coloured pleather outfits for royal outings.

Queen Letizia of Spain loves wearing red leather. Royal fans have seen her in skirts, dresses and jackets, but now she’s added a striking pair of trousers to her collection.

The tapered shape is super flattering, and she’s fully embraced tonal dressing by adding a Boss jumper and Lodi shoes in matching shades. The seam detailing is very chic.

Last week, Letizia oozed elegance in a £3,000 black and cream jumpsuit from Spanish brand Teresa Helbig as she stepped out in Zagreb, Croatia, alongside her husband King Felipe VI for a scientific business forum.

Putting her best fashion foot forward, Letizia’s stylish ensemble featured culotte black trousers, cinched at the waist with a dainty matching belt, and statement cream cuffs.

The long-sleeved garment also boasted ruffle and button detailing at the top, as well as a high neckline.

Keeping her look simple but elegant, she donned high-heeled boots, a matching black handbag and golden hoop earrings.

She kept her brunette locks down in soft waves and added a smattering of glamorous makeup to her features.

Her husband Felipe looked typically dapper in a navy suit, teamed with a light blue shirt and a vibrant red tie.

In addition, earlier this month, Letizia proved her fashion prowess once again when joining her husband Felipe at a glitzy awards ceremony in Almería.

The mother-of-two put on a chic display in an off-the-shoulder dress as she attended the Macael Awards, which were created in 1985 with the aim of recognising professionals who have excelled in the fields of architecture, craft and design.

Looking typically stylish, the royal teamed her black midi dress with nude heels, that featured straps covered in shimmering gems.

Adding even more glitz to her ensemble, the stylish Queen donned drop diamond earrings and pulled her hair back to better display the dazzling accessories.

Looking equally sophisticated, Felipe donned a navy suit and purple tie to hand out awards with his wife.
