PS Plus July 2023 free PS4 and PS5 games – LEGO Star Wars, Gotham Knights, MORE
If you’re a PlayStation Plus Essentials subscriber, then the good news is that Sony is about to reveal the free PS4 and PS5 games line-up for July 2023. The next batch of PS Plus games will be officially unveiled at 4.30pm BST UK time on June 28. The games will be available to download less than a week later on the morning of July 4. As subscribers count down to the official reveal, some fans have been having fun predicting which games will join the line-up for July.
Indeed, in an entertaining thread on Reddit, multiple people believe LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga could make an appearance.
“Experience memorable moments and nonstop action from all nine Skywalker saga films reimagined with signature LEGO humour,” reads the official description.
“Players can visit well known locales from their favourite Skywalker saga films .They can unlock and have the freedom to seamlessly travel to 23 planets as they play through the saga or explore and discover exciting quests.”
With Sony recently putting most of the game’s DLC character packs on sale, some fans believe the bumper LEGO Star Wars game could be next.
Gotham Knights also gets multiple mentions in the predictions thread, alongside martial arts action game SIFU, Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origins and the recent Saints Row reboot.
Elsewhere, other fans think FIFA 23 might join PS Plus, alongside Tunic, No Man’s Sky and Alan Wake.
That’s on top of Marvel’s Midnight Suns, Tiny Tina’s Wonderland, Guilty Gear Strive, Cult of the Lamb, Sonic Colours, and The Pathless.
Various Call of Duty games are also mentioned, such as Advanced Warfare, Ghosts and Black Ops Cold War.
In the meantime, fans can download the June 2023 free PS4 and PS5 games, which are headlined by NBA 2K23.
The annual basketball release is joined by cinematic action game Trek to Yomi, as well as Jurassic World Evolution 2.
