Postecoglou ‘strongly considered’ by EPL giants
Ange Postecoglou could be headed to the English Premier League sooner rather than later with the Aussie being “strongly considered” for the Tottenham job.
According to The Independent, Postecoglou has emerged as one of the frontrunners for the Spurs job after Dutch manager Arne Slot, who was previously linked with the opening, opted to remain at his current club Feyenoord.
Postecoglou is reportedly being considered alongside Sporting Lisbon manager Ruben Amorim.

The 57-year-old’s stock has risen rapidly in Europe over the last few seasons due to his success with Scottish powerhouse Celtic.
Postecoglou completed the league double of the Scottish Premiership and Scottish League Cup this season, the second time he’s done so since taking over in 2021.
Current Spurs manager Ryan Mason is the club’s third separate manager this season after the sackings of Antonio Conte and Cristian Stellini.
The link to Tottenham comes after Postecoglou was also revealed to be on the shortlist for the vacant Chelsea job.
However, with Chelsea expected to sign former Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino instead, Postecoglou could soon fill the seat the Argentinian once did.
