FOOTIE fans took a break from watching adult videos online during the 2022 World Cup – or at least some of them did.
New data reveals how different countries reacted when their national team was playing.

It’s all part of the new Pornhub 2022 Year In Review, revealing the global viewing habits of randy web users over the past 12 months.
Traffic results for 2022 World Cup matches varied wildly from nation to nation, potentially revealing the real priorities of fans.
“Live events cause people to adjust their regular porn viewing schedule, quite often causing a drop in Pornhub traffic,” the report reads.
“However, some events will cause Pornhub traffic to increase.
“It’s interesting to see what proportion of a country will put porn aside for a few hours to watch their team play, and which ones don’t.”
The site measured the percentage change in Pornhub traffic during each match – compared to an average day.
During the England vs USA game, Brit viewership fell by 13% – while the US only dropped by 0.2%.
That might mean Americans weren’t as interested in watching the game.
“Our statisticians are chalking that up to the Black Friday Effect, as more people may have been online shopping during that time,” the analysts explained.
The biggest overall drop in Pornhub viewership came during the Brazil vs Serbia game.
Brazil lost about 39% of its usual traffic, and Serbia’s dropped by 40%.
This might indicate that their fans are more committed to the football than rival nations.
That wasn’t the only interesting change.
“Australia’s traffic increased by +6% during their match with France,” Pornhub wrote.
“But our statisticians theorize that because the match took place at 6am, more people were awake during a normally low traffic time of the day, it increased the likelihood of people visiting Pornhub.”

Pornhub releases viewing data every single year, revealing what adult video fans around the world are looking for.
Abella Danger nabbed the top spot of most-watched adult star from previous number one Lana Rhoades.
The pornstar, 27, was watched more than 1.6billion times in 2022.
Other top naughty contenders include Angela White who moved up three places to number three, followed by Eva Elfie and Riley Reid.
Between them, the top five pornstars have more than 7.1 billion all-time video views.
