Police appeal for witnesses after £200k Lamborghini collides with a roundabout
Police are appealing for witnesses after a £200,000 Lamborghini was found destroyed due to hitting a roundabout.
Social media users were left in shock after seeing the state of the Lamborghini Urus SUV.
A Lamborghini was left with its windscreen broken and tyres off its wheels after being involved in the crash off at the A30 in Surrey.
Police believe the car collided with Runnymede roundabout in Egham on 10th November at 10 pm.
It is unknown if the driver was injured as a result of the accident.
Currently, police are trying to find a witness who saw the Lamborghini heading along the A30 towards Egham Hill.
In an interview with Surrey Live a police spokesman said: “We are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic accident yesterday evening (10 November) at approximately 10 pm at the Runnymede roundabout in Egham.
“A Lamborghini Urus had driven along the A30 from the direction of Egham Hill towards the M25 and collided with the roundabout.”
Police asked on Facebook: “Were you in the area at the time? Did you see the vehicle being driven along the A30? Please contact us.
People have reacted on social media to the images with shock.
One person said: “Probably the person who was driving the car did not have a lot of experience.
“Luckily, people were not badly injured or killed.”
Another said: “No cameras, no dash cam, no other cars involved, must be a safe good driver sticking to the speed limit to lose control and hit a roundabout causing that much damage.”
Other social media users didn’t hold back, saying: “More money than sense by the looks of things.
“Glad they didn’t hurt anyone else.”
