Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Overview Trailer Released; Pokemon TCG Live enters Open Beta and More

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is all set to release on November 18, 2022, and the developers have just released a new overview trailer to get the players ready for the game. Through the trailer, the first thing we learn about is the Paldea region and the academy. where we will start our journey from. Here the players will meet their teachers, classmates, seniors and the director of the academy. The director provides all the students with an assignment to go on a Treasure Hunt and that’s how our adventure begins.

From there, players will have an option to choose their starter Pokemon betweem Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly. Players will also have help from legendary Pokemon like Koraidon and Miraidon in their travels. They will serve as traversal help for the players.

Paldea is an open world and players can decide how they wish to explore the region. The game also supports online multiplayers for up to 3 players. Paldea also has Pokemon Gyms for players to beat and gather badges. The region consists of a variety of Pokemon and players can battle them on the go.

The game also introduces a new move called Terastallization, which is unique to the Paldea region. Terastillising will cause Pokemon to shine like gems, this improve their moveset. There is a lot more for the players to enjoy, and they can check it out when the game releases on November 18.

In other Pokemon news, Pokemon TCG Live has now entered Beta mode for PC and Mobile. It will be replacing the previous TCG app, which released in 2010. Interested Android, iOS, Mac and Windows users can download the beta from the official Pokemon TCG Live website.

Moreover, Pokemon has announced that Squishmallows for Pikachu and Gengar are coming soon. According to the announcement these Squishmallows will be dropping on Pokemon Center for US, UK and Canada customers very soon.
